Orders once placed are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify the customer and initiate a refund.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Any incorrect address provided will be the responsibility of the customer.

In case of transaction failure but amount deduction from customer’s account, the bank/payment gateway is responsible for reversal.

Santuji Krishi Farm is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed as per our Refund Policy.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Cancellation & Refund

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, subject to order status.

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrect product delivered.

Refund processing time: 7-10 business days.

Santuji Krishi Farm is not responsible for any misuse of products by customers.

We do not guarantee medical claims or health results from using Jambhul Seeds Powder or Jambhul Box. Customers are advised to consult a medical professional if required.

Our liability is limited only to the value of the product purchased.
